Ship Engineer

95% of the world trade is carried out by sea.

Raw material and finished goods are shipped by sea.

Increased movement of goods by sea due to globalization and traffic has been the solution as the most cost effective means to transport bulk goods safely. This offers vast scope in India to decongest the saturated road and rail, hence growing job opportunities.

Industry studies indicate that the demand for Indian officers worldwide is strong and ever growing

Marine life also gives you the option to serve at sea for an initial period of 10-15 years and then take up senior management positions ashore. Marine Professionals are always welcome in many areas such as ship management, material management, port trust, ship yard, power plants, hotel industries and many other allied services.
